Healthy Hustle Run Club

Together is better, so let’s run world as a team!

Here is how it works:
1) Look over HHRC schedule
2) Pick a date/session that works for your schedule
3) Purchase one session ($20)
4) Emily will email you to confirm session and give you additional information

Once you purchase a session, you will be added to the HHRC FB community page and receive a monthly email with scheduling, running tips and encouragement.

AUGUST SCHEDULE:
Monday, August 20th starting at 7:00pm

Central Park - 6 mile Run (4x around lower loop)
(Meet at Central Park South & Sixth Avenue)
Sunday, August 26th from 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Central Park - 4 mile Interval Training w/ Stretch
(Meet at Central Park South & Sixth Avenue)

SEPTEMBER SCHEDULE:
Monday, September 3rd (Cancelled because of Labor Day)
Monday, September 10th starting at 7:00pm

Central Park - 2 mile Run w/ 30 min Full Body Workout
(Meet at Central Park South & Sixth Avenue)
Monday, September 17th starting at 7:00pm
Central Park - 4 mile Interval Training w/ Stretch
(Meet at Central Park South & Sixth Avenue)
Monday, September 24th starting at 7:00pm
Queensboro Bridge - Hill Training
(Meet at SW corner of 60th and 1st Avenue)

Group runs will be around an hour long and usually happen in NYC, but on occasion in Brooklyn and Queens.

We will run rain or shine. Until we are faster than lightning, we will reschedule for that…All you have to do is add this to your cart, and meet at the designated location for the session you would like to attend.
