My Fight with Hydration...

Our bodies are all different, and mine requires a ton of water to feel hydrated.

I workout for more than four hours almost every day, which often leaves me dehydrated.
My constant goal is to find ways to keep my body hydrated from the inside out.

Here are a few of my current tricks:

Fuel Your Insides

  • H2O - I drink 8-12 ounces of water for every hour I am awake.

  • Nuun Vitamin - I put a tablet in my water every morning! It provides my body with the 11 vitamins and minerals most of us don’t get enough of, plus the optimal balance of electrolytes for everyday activity.  

  • Nuun Electrolyte - I will drink one tablet after a workout to fuel my body with more electrolytes.
    What are electrolytes? They are tiny electronically charged particles that are lost via sweat during exercise. The four main electrolytes that play vital roles in hydration and exercise performance are: sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium.

  • Eat Fruit and Vegetables - Fruits and vegetable are water dense. My two favorites are watermelon and cucumber, which are both about 95% water!

Skin Hydration


  • Day time: Boscia Tsubaki Swirl
